在本期的酷儿流水席，我们请到了身在美国加州的四小姐，和我们分享她的跨性别女儿小狮子的故事。从家庭如何接纳和鼓励孩子的性别探索，到如何应对学校生活中的性别转换，再到使用青春期阻断剂的医疗选择，我们看到跨性别孩子在一个友善支持的环境中可以如何茁壮成长。从四小姐的讲述中，我们认识到除了家长的努力之外，这也离不开社会、政策、医疗多方面的支持，而小狮子在获得青春期阻断剂过程中的波折更让我们意识到这样的环境已经是岌岌可危。我们希望通过这期播客增进大家对跨性别青少年议题的了解和关注，如果您有条件，也可以多加关心所在地的跨性别青少年权益相关倡导！

In this episode, Queer Roadside Banquet invited SiXiaoJie (she/her), who shared the story of her trans daughter Little Lion. We talked about how family can accept and encourage a child’s gender exploration, how to navigate the gender transition at school, and the decision to initialize puberty blocker for Little Lion. Little Lion’s story showed that a friendly environment for trans youth requires not only efforts from parents, but also comes from a supportive social atmosphere and inclusive policies. Furthermore, Little Lion’s experience getting puberty blocker made us realize that even in California, such environment is very much under attack.
